The template for your county of a 15-Day Notice is for use, on or after August 7, 2021 through August 6, 2022, to start the eviction and mediation process for residential tenants under the Hawaii Landlord Tenant Code. It was prepared in collaboration by landlord and tenant attorneys and mediation centers.
