Help Build a Made in Hawaii Program That Supports Your Business

DBEDT is committed to delivering programs that support Hawaiʻi companies by creating opportunities to expand beyond our State to the U.S. continent and overseas markets like Japan. This year, the State Legislature passed legislation that establishes the Made In Hawaiʻi branding and promotion program to showcase (and protect?) the unique and authentic products created in Hawaiʻi, by local businesses.

We kindly request your participation in a survey to help us better understand the interest levels and breadth of businesses that can participate in the Made In Hawaiʻi program. Your responses will also help us understand business needs and develop criteria for participation in the program. This data will be kept confidential and will not be shared on an individual basis, but aggregated by county and product category.

Please help us by filling out this brief survey by the deadline of Monday, December 20, 2021. We may contact you in the future for further discussions.

Despite the incredible challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, you have shown determined resilience in pivoting to e-commerce platforms, staying engaged with consumers and delivering great Hawaiʻi-made products to your customers. We applaud your resilience and dedication and look forward to supporting you.

Mahalo for your participation!
